Description: Startling quality seems quite close to the high end of MS-64, since both sides exhibit very prominent, windmilling luster and very little by way of distraction. Delicate eggshell-grey haze filters through some areas of orange-grey toning. The coin undoubtedly suffered a point downgrade on account of delicate slide-marks across Washington's cheek and lower neck, but the evidence appears only at limited viewing angles. An especially nice coin for the grade.
