Description: Tush Acreage Estate. Well-known as a key to the series, 1921-S frequently comes unevenly struck, especially on the reverse, and often on low-quality planchets. In this case, overall definition exceeds the norm for the date, although significant laminations display toward either end of the bison's motif. NGC declares the coin to have "obverse damage", and this amounts to a couple of very old scrapes in the Indian's hair, now toned over with vintage patina.
