Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1900-O/CC NGC MS-64
Lot Number: 649
Description: VAM-8A, Top-100 and a RedBook entry. Although NGC took the time to mention "Top-100" on the slab, they couldn't bother to denote the VAM number for such a popular dollar. A pity since this particular VAM gets collected by die-state, but at least VAM-8A can easily be verified by noticing the die crack that ejects from the top of Liberty's forehead. It is also particularly popular because of the corrupted over-mintmark feature. This exuberant example would plainly grade as a gem if not for a singular scrape upon the cheek and some noise on the bottom of the neck, which are joined by virtually no other intrusions across the entire almond-beige surface.
