Description: KM-388.1. Fairly dark but very lightly circulated, this crown has retained much of its original mint luster, most notably in pockets of relief upon reverse. Wear is only a factor on the highest points of the design obverse and does not interrupt the vast majority of strike detail. Mexico specialists who have not yet pursued the short series of Maximilian Pesos should consider the opportunity to own a choice AU example quite limited, especially when as choice as the one available here.
