Description: Sikeston Seated Collection. 1 graded PR-67+ UCAM, 8 higher at NGC. An outrageous double whammy of maximum cameo contrast and superb-gem-plus preservation places this quarter within an elite grouping of top-notch type representatives. As is commonly so for the type, the obverse mirrors show slightly stronger reflectivity than the reverse but the inimitable contrast cannot be missed. The glassy surface reveals a single tiny planchet flake lower in the obverse right field which can serve as a unique identifier, while very limited, exceedingly faint caressing hairlines can be found with effort.
