Description: VAM-4 is not a spitting eagle variety, which automatically places it within the less common VAMs for the date. Both sides offer obvious cameo contrast which truly borders upon the prooflike designation and one can easily imagine this coin possibly garnering a "star" if resubmitted. Further, quality seems a smidge better than expected for only MS-63 given rather clean fields, although a typical number of small bagmarks settle upon the portrait.
