Description: CC Connelly Collection. VAM-1B, middle or later die-state obverse. The entire surface is beautifully immersed in coral-gold hue that lends an air of originality. Scattered bagmarks evade the fields to remarkable degree but to gravitate toward Liberty's cheek. While not frequently targeted by VAM collectors , VAM-1A can be quickly attributed by chips in the lower loop of "6" in the date, which vary by die-state.
