Description: Silken Row Collection. Ex-Rickey Collection. "SERIES OF 1899" printed at just inside the adornment at the far right side identifies this especially scarce and key Friedberg number. Frequently seen in low grade (another provenanced ex-Rickey was a damaged Good), this appears to be an exceptionally original note with embossing that still shows on both sides. The noticeable center crease only bars higher grade.
