Description: Silken Row Collection. Paper quality was not specially denoted although the note obviously shows vivid, original color throughout. It is an important characteristic because Fr.18 is a very common note in pure numbers across all grades, but pleasing high-grade specimens -- gem or better -- number in the twenties. Front margins could hardly be better for an issue often found askew, while the back centering favors north to a fair degree.
