Description: Struck for only three years, this trio represents a full date set for the type produced by insurgent forces at Oaxaca State (SUD). The monogram for Morelas, leader of the insurgency during the War of Independence, shows above the denomination (8 R) and date. Hardly ever are these certified at a straight grade, and even these AU +/- examples cannot fully escape the effects of metal long exposed to air. Three coin lot.
