Description: The First National Bank of Waterloo, Illinois. Despite old creases that favor the VF grade, there no pinholes nor edge incursions to distract. On the contrary, this superbly centered example features near-brilliant paper and huge, well preserved pen signatures -- charcoal black for the cashier and aqua-blue for the president. A terrific plainback off of Waterloo.
