Description: The Opa Collection. Newcomb-4 can be reliably identified by noting a couple of small die lumps left and below the earlobe. An interesting example (for reasons beyond just "grade", that is), either a planchet flake or curious strikethrough appears above ONE on the reverse yet somehow has no effect on eye-appeal. That may be due to the fact that the coin exhibits flame-orange color and scarcely any carbon save a light fingerprint on the cheek. Fully lustrous and a dream coin for type purposes.
