Description: Cataloger's grade: VF-30, but this key cent has been in a PVC flip and the cataloger urgently suggests simple and immediate professional conservation by the new owner. That being said, an extremely elusive, early ANACS photo-certificate accompanies and deserves preservation as much as does the coin itself, as these old certs have virtually disappeared from the marketplace.
