Description: 4 graded PR-64 UCAM, 2 higher at NGC. Outrageous contrast leaps off the surface of this snow-white, pure pleasure Seated Liberty proof quarter. Examples designated UCAM (or DCAM at PCGS) are very rare at every grade level, and especially so near the gem grade, where this one fittingly belongs. The surface seems to be amazingly free from typical hairlines, but accounting for the numeric level is a series of flimsy hairlines between the head and flagpole, and a couple more randomly flung into the obverse right field. No matter -- the eye-appeal is nothing short of astonishing for this Scotsman Cataloger's Choice Award winner.
