Description: First is an unattributed 1903-S (noticeable luster for only XF-40, and endowed with pleasing eggshell-grey patina over no-problem surfaces). Accompanying is 1903-S VAM-2 (smoothly worn and the NGC “obverse damage" notation is completely uncalled-for -- an exaggeration of three prominent surface nicks). Two coin lot.
