Description: Both examples deserve special designation at PCGS. Field friction tries but fails to extinguish exceptional prooflike character for MS-62 PL, and a curious line of texture down the field in front of the eagle's beak appears to be an intriguing strikethrough. Superb mirrors endow the obverse of the MS-63 DMPL, the reverse being only very slightly less reflective, this coin showing a whisper of patina as compared to its companion. Two coin lot.
