Lot #: Go
Lot Title: Multiple - Spain 1817-M GJ 1/2 escudo XF-45, Mexico 1844-Do RM 1/2 escudo AU-50, and a Mexico 1867-C CE 1/2 escudo AU-53, all PCGS
Lot Number: 172
Description: A trio of half-escudo coins generally grade within earshot of each other, and for certain, all appear to be fully original and attractive. Included are: Spain 1817 M-GJ, KM#492, Madrid mint (smoothly worn while the surface retains an astonishing amount of grunge worked into some design elements), Mexico 1844 Do-RM "over various dates", KM#378.1 (struck on a highly defective planchet as is often the case and showing trivial crumbles of greenish PVC), and Mexico 1867 C-CE, KM#378, Culiacan mint (decently struck and noticeably grungy). Three coin lot.
Estimate: $1,500-$1,700
