Description: Bucky The Badger Consignment. 50 graded PR-66 RB, 20 higher at PCGS. An incredible strike, even for a matte proof, brought up full relief for "O" in ONE opposite Lincoln's shoulder, a classic problem area even for these wonderful specimens from the U.S. mint. Satiny texture prevails over the obverse while the reverse has taken on an appealing granular aspect from that die. Not-so-subtle verdant hues occupy a majority of the surface, surrounded by glimmering vintage copper-gold hue on the obverse, contrasted with saturated magenta undertones on the reverse.
