Description: Cheddars de Voirs Collection. First is 1873 "open 3" showing satin-laden surface texture, but luster perhaps a trifle weakened by faint hairlines. Accompanying is 1873 "closed 3" blanketed by noticeably glowing golden hue over surfaces that exhibit occasional flashes of reflectivity. Two coin lot.
