Description: A combination of supply scarcity and incredibly low mintages have caused the fractional issues of the American Platinum Eagle series to skyrocket in value over recent years. The inception of this series took place in 1998 and by the end of 2008 only 1oz. issues were being struck. Six 2005 $25 (1/4oz.) pieces fill this group lot of NGC certified examples that have all been graded as MS-70. Each of these are a truly beautiful representation of this iconic and short lived series (ck).
