Description: Sandra Wilson Algiers Estate. Sandra Wilson Algiers Collection. The cent was struck at a rotation of about 120 degrees, allowing the date to appear twice, although the later cent striking partially erased the final "5" from the dime's prior strike. The reverse is a veritable melange of contorted, intermingled details with both sides showing evidence of the copper core out beyond the rims. So well struck that the diameter very nearly reached that of an actual cent's flan.
