Description: Carefully closing up a couple of pinholes left of the leftmost serial number -- staple holes no doubt -- only benefit the integrity of the ivory-white paper. It wasn't until 1964 that the stipulation against ownership of gold certificates was reversed, removing one potential reason for the Secret Service to pay a visit to citizen collectors of these popular type notes.
