Description: Raymond Moore Collection. An UNC example in days past, it's tough to tell exactly what PCGS interpreted as "circulation" as compared to any number of dollars certified MS-61/2 today. Evidently, slightly more than the usual number of sliding abrasions in the obverse left field join delicate nicks on the cheek and that is what bars UNC. The reverse certainly grades MS-62 or better all by itself.
