Description: The Redfield Hoard remains one of the most collected segments of the Morgan silver dollar market. Three off the four pieces of this particular group are “MS-65” Redfield issues that includes an 1879-S, an 1881-S, and an 1882-S. A lone Paramount “MS-65” example rounds out this group and is a very attractive 1880-S. Both the 1880-S and 1881-S offer nice peripheral obverse toning while the other two examples are simply white and bright (ck).
