Description: Overton-103, large 8. Overton's guide offers little in terms of die-states but this appears to be a very late emission, showing evidence of triple-clashed dies, as inferred by wavy lines beneath UNUM on the reverse. A faint die crack extends from 50C left through the tops of "UN". The modestly attractive toning seen on both sides might have been induced by long-term storage within the old ANACS slab -- a condition frequently noted for slabs of this vintage.
