Description: High Promises Collection. FS-801 (formerly FS-014.5), doubled-die reverse. Type II / II, large mintmark. The population report can be deceptive since this variety has been know for a long time, but PCGS did not start attributing it until relatively late in the game, causing an inaccurate perception of rarity. Still, there is no denying the popularity of the nice spread between the two impressions of E PLURIBUS UNUM on the reverse. Left of the motto is a fairly large contact mark that must be called out while the balance of the graphite-grey surface shows no mentionable abrasions.
