Description: High Promises Collection. 1 graded MS-61+, 1 graded MS-61+ "star", 47 higher at NGC. Obvious prooflike sensibility elicited the "star" designation from NGC and fields show mirrors worthy of a true proof striking, especially on the reverse. That said, the strike is "only" outstanding, i.e. not quite perfect, missing technically complete delineation at either of the eagle's talons. Not a smidgeon of toning shows across the entire surface, but despite the aesthetic accolades, the grade must be technically limited by a couple of noticeable abrasions beneath the outstretched arm.
