Description: Holly Berry Tree Collection. First is 1915-D, with much the appearance of a matte proof given the granular texture and intriguing coppery luster throughout. Accompanying is 1916-S with curious cobalt-blue iridescence over the mostly brown surface, augmented with a brilliant ring of orange at the periphery. Either example seems slightly nicer than average in part due to contact-free surfaces. Two coin lot.
