Description: Bert Davies Collection. A pair of keys to the series have UNC details per NGC. 1921 shows just a faint hint of milky surface texture and minor hairlines that deprive it of a straight grade. For the 1928, the cataloger vehemently disagrees that a minor hairline scratch ejecting from the forehead should lead to a details grade -- something like MS-61 would have been fine. Two coin lot.
