Description: El Lagarto Collection. Super Slider. Highly lustrous fields alongside of fully struck details leads one to believe that this 1894-S Morgan dollar is an uncirculated example. Upon further inspection, there is the mildest of wear noticed on the highest reaches of the reverse breast feathers making this a technical Almost Uncirculated. Examples of this echelon are often referred to as “super sliders” and tend to make excellent additions to any Morgan dollar album collection (ck).
