Description: Bert Davies Collection. Extremely attractive yolk-gold and sunset red colors tone over the reverse of the 7TF example, and spill over the rims to surround the obverse in album toning. A prooflike obverse elevates the appeal of the 7/8TF example, this coin showing a delightful strike and nicer graphite-rose hues. Finally, and not to be outdone, drop-dead gorgeous album toning encircles both sides of the 8TF example, this coin not so well struck as its companions but boasting particularly strong prooflike reflectivity on the obverse. Three coin lot.
