Description: Bert Davies Collection. Graded only AU-55, the 1901 truly makes a statement with stunning magenta, rose-orange and violet-blue toning that splashes freely across the entire surface and takes advantage of virtually full luster. The reverse appears UNC. Accompanying are: 1904 (decently struck but a trifle lackluster), 1890-O (diffused luster but an outstanding strike), and 1887-O (better luster than usual but the flatter strike always seen). Four coin lot.
