Description: On Target Collection. Judd-235 (R.5) , "perfect ribbon" reverse. Considered very rare perhaps as recently as 2009, the rating has lowered a bit as certified populations showed an ever-increasing number of grading events over the years. The design smacks of Paquet, especially given the tall lettering on the reverse with thick characters, and the so-called "perfect ribbon" reverse can be most quickly discerned by noting four vertical lines per strip on the eagle's shield. A preponderance of greyish toning plays down vibrancy and results in the PR-62 grade level, but an exceptionally sharp strike cannot be missed.
