Lot Title: 1840 Reverse of 1839 AU-50, and an 1891 AU-55, both PCGS
Lot Number: 705
Description: The 1840 "Reverse of 1839" gets somewhat nicer, pastel album colors around both sides, comprised mainly of sky-blue, carrot-gold and almond-grey coloration. Obviously, that makes this a very attractive example at AU-50, but 1891 is no slouch as it provides strong brilliance and nearly full luster. Strongly clashed dies could not deny a very good strike, and the coin might be able to slip into an otherwise UNC collection. Two coin lot.
