Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1829/7 PCGS MS-63
Lot Number: 666
Description: Overton-101a. The die-state reflects strong repolishing of the reverse die which has caused a break in the arrow shafts, as well as loss of details in the lowest feathers. Obviously, the overdate automatically places this coin squarely into the crosshairs of early half-dollar collectors, plus this is an unusually attractive example, replete with extensive flowline luster and some attractive orange toning near the rims. A trivial dark spot on the neck cannot be deemed as distracting.
