Description: VAM-9, Top-100. Weirdly listing "Top-100" on the slab, NGC somehow fails to list an actual attribution to back that (correct) claim. Sensational detail ushers in the list of accolades despite what seems like a slightly low grade. Perhaps only a smidge lackluster, both sides show full white vibrancy, the reverse particularly energized by pinwheel effect. A single hairline abrasion down the left side of the eagle's breast may be mentioned.
