Description: Shenandoah Collection. Generous flowline texture remains in the fields, affirming the about-uncirculated grade level. A blatantly original stone-grey example, there is no evidence at all that this coin was mishandled in any way after being plucked out of brief circulation. A delicate greenish patch above left of the date, and a curious squiggle of glue on the reverse could both be safely removed with professional conservation.
