Description: Barely circulated examples comprise a nicer pairing for an underrated year in the Buffalo nickel series. Charming violet-grey layers over 1919-D and helps suffuse prominent luster, which in turn suffers but slight loss to circulation. Die cracks eject from the Indian's forehead and the far left feather. 1919-S offers a decidedly better strike for the date, albeit evidence of clashed dies can be found with a loupe. Two coin lot.
