Description: VAM-5. The reference discusses positioning of the mintmark at "medium height but with wider spacing than normal", but an even easier PUP, at least in this common die-state, might be some spindly cracks connecting DOLLAR CA on the reverse. This snow-white example appears worthy of at least another point in grade, at least until magnification discloses an irregular, linear scrape at the bottom of the portrait. A highly pleasing example that readily shoe-horns into a fully choice collection.
