Description: Hobnob Collection. 7 graded PR-67, 1 higher (PR-67+) at PCGS. Extraordinary in terms of how well preserved the surfaces remain more than a century after striking, zero hairlines and zero abrasions will be found on either side. Coral-grey toning layers the entire surface and meshes well with the low-contrast presentation. The sole higher-graded coin (at PR-67+) sold for nearly six thousand dollars about a year ago, and one can only imagine that it could hardly have been much nicer than this superb gem.
