Lot #: Go
Lot Title: Germany - 1930-A 5 mark MS-65, 1930-D 5 mark MS-64+, and a 1930-J 5 mark, all Graf Zeppelin NGC
Lot Number: 144
Description: KM#68. Each displays vast brilliance not always seen for the very well-liked type from different-dated dies; the obverse displays 1929 while the reverse bears the 1930 date of striking. 1930-A displays no toning on the reverse and faint almond accents on the Zeppelin side, the 1930-D comparable except that the almond dashes appear on both sides. 1930-J appears slightly semi-prooflike when viewed from the reverse and at MS-63, seems hardly any worse for wear than its higher-graded companions. Three coin lot.
