Description: L.R. Collection. First is Germany-Mansfeld 1572 taler, a type often found deficient or damaged but this a much nicer, bold representative despite an as-struck planchet nick. Second is Austria-Salzburg 1635 taler, KM#87, the so-called "Paris taler" and remarkable for the amount of bright luster. Third and final is Italy-Papal States Pius IX 1870-R 5-lire, Rome mint, KM#1385, strongly lustrous reverse against the silver-grey obverse and showing delicate, smooth wear. Three coin lot.
