Description: VAM-3, doubled-die reverse. The cataloger suggests that this is one of the (much) better VAMs for 1892 as it features nice doubling of In God We Trust on the reverse. The near-pristine cheek and silky, shimmering fields suggest a higher grade, but a noticeable contact mark rests diagonally beneath the eagle's beak. Regardless, 1892 obviously represents a much tougher emission within the series and gains semi-key status above MS-64.
