Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1884-S Liberty eagle, and a 1913 Indian half-eagle, both NGC AU-58
Lot Number: 860
Description: A pair of slider gold pieces shines with terrific luster despite very faint wear, as discerned by NGC. The 1913 half-eagle really does appear mint-state even under close examination, so NGC must be interpreting very faint friction on some highpoints as signs of wear. Superior luster marks the 1884-S eagle as a pleasing example, and many viewers will surmise that it has semi-prooflike tendencies as well. Two coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
