Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1835 Small Date Small 5C, 1839-O, and an 1840 w/ drapery, all XF
Lot Number: 716
Description: Monterrey Collection. Plenty of luster surrounds the 1835 half-dime and the details are rather well defined for the type, this example featuring pale white surfaces. A substantial number of die cracks show on either side of the 1839-O, and this coin also displays a considerable amount of luster for the grade. Finally, some hairlining for 1840 suggests light cleaning, but the surfaces still manage a hampered amount of luster. Ideally situated for your much nicer Dansco 7070 type set, this three coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
