Description: Tremendous contrast for 1883 "no cents" suggests the UCAM level at first glance, and this nickel offers fabulous reflectivity, despite a very limited number of hairlines flashing out of the fields. Some delicate denim-blue and coral overtones visit 1886, and this coin displays innumerable minute striations on the reverse, undoubtedly remnants of the preparation of the planchet for proof striking. Both are particularly well struck examples for this two coin lot.
