NGC has certified five of these issues that includes 2x 1880-S, and 1883-O, an 1896, and an 1898. The lone PCGS example is a nearly proof-like 1884-O hat is a potential CAC candidate. This group is a perfect example of catching the graders on the wrong day (ck).
