Description: The brown paper which obstructed the upper right serial number obviously was adhered to the note prior to application of the overprint, and that is what makes this such a phenomenal discovery. It is included in the oversized PMG certification capsule. Quality seems really strong for VF35 and the paper is about as bright as can be for this level of preservation. A scarce obstruction error from the 1981-A series off the Atlanta district.
