Indeed, more importantly, the note seems very strong in quality versus the VF30 grade due to the attractive paper and seemingly original appearance. Solid 2s in the serial numbers, while not the scarcest for FRNs, will appeal to collectors of solids. Those collecting liquids must search elsewhere.
