Description: The following pocket watches are all 16-18 size. A. L.T. Schneider, Bonne Terre, MO. hunter case key wind pocket watch with key. This watch was once a lever set, but it is gone and I’m not sure how to set it. When you press the top button on the watch the front lid does open, the spring that makes it pop open is weak. This watch does run. B. Elgin open 17 jewel man’s pocket watch. Movement is clean and marked G.M. Wheeler, Elgin, IL 6203604. The back case shows light wear to the gold overlay. The stem set and wind both work and run. C. Open face 7 jewel Waltham. This one doesn’t wind, set or run. The back case shows light wear to the gold overlay. D. Elgin open face man’s pocket watch. 19 jewel movement, 20408272 B.W. Raymond, Elgin U.S.A. is engraved on movement. Watch does not wind, but the lever set works. The back case shows light wear to the gold overlay. E. Elgin 15 jewel man’s watch. It looks like a 21 jewel watch, but once you see the movement you will notice it looks simpler than a 21 jewel. The stem sets and winds, but the watch does not run. F. Elgin Nat’l Watch Co. on the face and 7 jewel movement. The movement is numbered 999809. The inside back lid is engraved “21 Frank R. Burroughs, Oct. 24, 1880”. The lever set works and the watch stem winds and runs. G. South Bend 19 jewel movement is also marked South Bend Watch, USA. Movement is a 219, 995262 and double roller. The back case shows light wear to the gold overlay. The watch winds and sets but does not run. H. HWCo. pocket watch. HWco. is on the face as well as the movement; It also says Dueber Grand, 17 jewels and numbered 1518190. The back case shows light wear to the gold overlay.
